Mom (nightmajik) said I should have my own journal now, because I’m not allowed to keep posting pictures in hers. =x She also says I get into trouble a lot, so I should have a place to tell my stories, but I don’t know what she’s talking about... I never cause trouble!

I'm supposed to introduce myself here. Well, I’m a cat named Chai, I used to live in a messy place with a bunch of other kitties and puppies, and different people took care of us everyday, but one day in January 2008 I was picked up and brought to this apartment instead. It was kind of scary at first, but I like it here now. =3 I’m about one year old, and Mom says that I’m full-grown now, but that I still act like a kitten. I sure hope so! One year old, that's still young. I’m going to act like a kitten forever!

My interests? I like to play with just about anything, especially little balls because they roll around and are hard to catch. It’s not fun if it’s too easy. I love that tuna that comes in a little tin, but I almost never get to eat it, so usually I have to eat kibble. =x I love to talk, even when no one is around. Meow meow meow, all day! I like to meow to wake people up, too, especially in the middle of the night. No one ever seems to want to play after I help wake them up, though! They just ignore me and go back to sleep.

I also like to use my scratching post. My claws are long and pointy, I’m very proud of them. Mom used to try to trim them, but I hate that, and she finally gave up because I always got away from her before she could use those stupid clippers. I really need those claws so I can scratch her when she picks me up for photos! I hate to be picked up. I mean, I don’t scratch very hard... just a little bit, that’s all. =3
